Alright guys so Eid-ul-Azha is finally over and I’m pretty sure most of you already have indigestion issues along with the horrendous weight gain. Mutton and beef is obviously mouthwatering and resisting it is quite impossible but don’t worry I’m gonna share a few wight loss tips here.
Firstly, and most importantly drink a lot of water as it plays a major role in detoxifying the body as well as reducing weight. It does not allow wastes and salts to accumulate in your body. Not just sugar but salt also leads to an increase in weight, so I would suggest cutting down on salt and increasing your water intake.
Secondly, avoid food items that contain sugar and starch as they accumulate in the body and form a layer of fat under your skin. Fats lead to cholesterol and high blood pressure which is, eventually dangerous for your heart and overall health. You can lose almost about 10 pounds of your bloated body by avoiding carbs and drinking lots of water.
Okay since you can’t have carbs now, you’ll get hungry and would want to have something. I am not in favour of starving for losing weight as it does more harm than good. So I would suggest eating vegetables, eggs, white meat and sea food. These food items contain proteins which are an energy source, would keep you active and prevent you from fainting. :D But, once again you must keep in mind that you should not eat too much of these. Gluttony, my friends is not only a sin, but leads to adding extra kilos to your bodies.
Thirdly, you should exercise daily. Beginning your day with running and exercise leads to a healthy and fresh body and mind. So, don’t sleep till late in the afternoon, get up early, offer Fajar prayers and go to a jogging track. And don’t worry about your office routines because you’ll definitely have ample time if you wake up a little before sunrise.
